The hotel offers large, clean rooms with a great view of the water and easy access from the lobby. The service is attentive and efficient. The location is ideal for exploring Bryson City and enjoying the natural surroundings, but cleanliness issues were noted in some outdoor areas. The onsite dining is satisfactory, with room for improvement. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks but good value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located near local attractions, but slightly off the beaten path for my liking. The rooms, while clean, have a lingering smell of smoke and are inadequately numbered for nighttime visibility. The service was inconsistent, with difficulties in communication and lack of clarity in charges. The dining options were subpar, needing improvement in variety and freshness. However, the location is fantastic for accessing nearby amenities and attractions.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable, although there were some bugs possibly due to someone leaving the balcony door open. The location was bright and cheerful, a little off the beaten path but still very nice with the river and mountains close by. The dining experience was good, although I wish they offered more variety for breakfast. The service from the staff was excellent, and they were very nice to address any issues promptly.
